RATING SCHEME FOR SCAs
This is in reference to NSFDC’s communication cited above on the captioned subject vide which the Scheme of ‘Mechanism of Rating of SCAs & Awards for Bettter Performance’ was circulated to all SCAs. The Scheme has been in operation since 2007-08.
2. The Scheme was recently reviewed by the NSFDC Board in the 121st Meeting held on 28.1.2012 and the following amendments have been made in the rating criteria and the amount fixed for Performance Awards:
(i) The scheme approved initially, had the following provisions for Performance Awards on the basis of evaluation of stipulated Performance Parameters:

(ii) The Cash Prizes under the Scheme have now been revised by modifying the Performance Parameter namely ‘Absorption of Disbursement Allocation (Current Year)’, in three Levels, as shown below:

(iii) The Incentive amount will be given to those SCAs whose Rating will be either ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
(iv) The Scheme will be in force for the financial years 2011-12 and 2012-13 and will be reviewed thereafter.
